Frank Naeymi-Rad, Ph.D., M.B.A, is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. He directs the development of healthcare software, performing contracts for clients such as NASA and the National Library of Medicine in the areas of expert systems and medical record coding.

William W. Wolfe, Ph.D., has written and developed health communication programs and conducted research in the application of multimedia programs for health education. He has performed studies in academia and with nonprofit organizations, and is experienced in corporate training and management.
